My design isn’t what I had in mind

Feel free to try again in the Design Studio with a different description — be specific about style (watercolour, line drawing, 3D) and colours. You always see the result before you pay.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

Because each piece is printed especially for you, production starts soon after your payment. Get in touch straight away if something went wrong; if printing hasn’t started yet, we’ll see what’s possible. See also reprints & complaints.

When will my parcel arrive?

Expect 3 to 7 working days. All the details are on shipping & delivery.
