Can I return my order?
No. A garment carrying your own design is a personalised product, and the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to it (art. VI.53, 3° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law). You confirm this at checkout. If there is a printing or production fault, we make it again at no cost — which is a different thing from a design you like less afterwards.
How do I know which size to take?
Every product page carries a size guide with body measurements in centimetres, under “Size guide and care”. Measure yourself and take the larger size when in doubt: exchanges are not possible, precisely because the product is personalised. For a few garments we do not yet have reliable measurements from the supplier; the page says so, with an address to ask.
How long before it arrives?
Three to seven working days. It is only printed after you order, in the EU. Fine for a birthday next week, not for tomorrow.
What does shipping cost?
€4.95 for a t-shirt and €6.95 for a hoodie, to Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. Free from €75.
Will someone else get the same design?
Only if you want that, and by default it does not happen. Your design comes into existence the moment you press the button, out of your words — there is no stock it comes from. Even with the same sentence the model draws something else next time. And what you make stays yours — unless you share it with the community yourself.
What if the design is not what I meant?
Then you try again. You see your design on the garment before you pay, and your first three designs are free. Leave your email address and you get five more.
Can I use my own photo or drawing?
Yes, you can supply a JPG, PNG or WebP. It does not go through the AI: we do not redraw your photo, we print it. It does go through the same check, so a photo with a logo or a well-known person on it is something we cannot print.
Why was my design refused?
We do not print characters or designs from films, games and series, no logos of other companies and no well-known people. Rights rest on those, and as the seller we are liable for them. Describe your own version of the idea and it usually works.
How can I pay?
With Bancontact, iDEAL and the usual payment cards.
Will the print come off in the wash?
No. On clothing the ink goes into the fabric rather than sitting on it as a film; caps carry a full-colour transfer bonded to the fabric. Wash inside out at 30 °C and do not iron on the print — the care label is on every garment. If the print does come off after normal washing, that is a production fault and we make it again at no cost.
